Course Syllabus
- TITLE OF COURSE: PE1751 - Aerobic Dance I-IV/Aerobic Kickboxing
- COURSE DESCRIPTION: 1 credit hour lab. Meets two hours per week. A class in which simple dance steps or kickboxing steps,
exercise and jogging to music are incorporated for non-dancing students. Each student
should participate in the group experience and should progress at his/her own rate through the walking, jogging, and running levels of performance.For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected.

- METHODS OF ASSESSMENT:
- SCCC/ATS Outcome # 1 will be assessed and measured by completion of skills and tasks outlined in the Aerobics Manual and handouts.
- SCCC/ATS Outcome # 6 will be assessed and measured by class participation and
attendance.
